Sundae is an ad-hoc sculpture made to conclude the grand opening of Ground Level Platform, a fluxus-influenced art space founded in 2019 by Sam Fisch and Seomy Ahn.
Guests were required to remove their shoes upon entering the space, and were offered an entire roast pig and accompanying dishes and sauces, which they were encouraged to eat directly from the table.
Afterwards, participants were offered numbered "counting spoons" as Sundae was being assembled, and were invited to eat the sculpture directly from the pedestal on which it was placed.
